Terms and Conditions

So we can have the best relationship, please read the Terms & Conditions which apply to all bookings.
Please respect the time you book is solely for you.

1. All clients must provide requested details (name, email, mobile number, personal health details and skin type/condition) where applicable before undergoing any of our treatments.

2. In the interests of your safety and wellbeing it is vital you advise us of any known any medical issues or general information including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc when you book your appointment as it may affect the outcome of your treatment. A consultation will be emailed 48 hours prior to appointment which needs to be completed to the best of your knowledge. Failure to do so can affect the insurance whilst on the premise and having treatments as well as not giving me the required information to check it is safe for you to have your chosen treatment.

3. By giving Jo Ford Skincare your details, you give permission for Jo Ford Skincare to contact you in the future (if you want to opt out of communication after your booking, please let us know)

4. A £50 deposit is applicable on all bookings and secures your booking.

5. Deposits are non-refundable. Receipts can be issued by email on request. If you need to cancel your booking any deposit paid is non-refundable, but can be moved to a future appointment.

6. Prepayments or deposits not used will expire after 12 months.

7. Prepayments or deposits can be redeemed against any services or products where applicable.


Cancellation Policy

If something comes up or plans change, which of course can happen from time to time I require a minimum of 48 hours in order to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This allows plenty of time to offer your appointment to a client who maybe waiting. Less the 48 hours notice will incur a charge.

  • 48 hours or more - there is no charge, if you wish to reschedule we can arrange another date or you can amend you own appointment via the booking confirmation.

  • 24-48 hours - Cancellations within this will result in loss of your deposit.

  • Within 24 hours - You will be charge 100% of a treatment due to the unlikelihood of filling this appointment slot. This includes deduction of 1 treatment if you are currently on a package. Once the fee has been paid, you will have the option to rearrange or be put on the waitlist. If the fee is not paid and you have future appointments these will be removed from my diary and you will only be able to rebook once paid.

I fully understand that circumstances change last minute which does not allow enough notice and these will be taken into consideration. I kindly ask for your understanding as this is my full time job and last minute cancellations and no shows means a loss of earnings. By booking your appointment you are solely responsible for that slot whether you attend or not. Repeated cancellations/no shows will be refused appointments.

If you are running late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate this however we will have to reduce the appointment time depending on other bookings.


Packages and Gift Vouchers

Packages are valid for 12 months from the first appointment. No refunds on treatment packages unless there is a valid medical reason (a medical letter will be required).

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Friend Referral Scheme

1. Client referring must be existing client of Jo Ford Skincare.

2. Add on massage, discount or facial must be taken within 1 year of your friend referral completing their facial.

3. Add on massage, discount or facial can only be used by the client referring friend and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

4. Add on 15 minute extra snooze massage for new client can only be used by client on first or second visit and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

5. Friend referral scheme only applies once the friend referred has complete their first treatment at Jo Ford Skincare.

6. Friend must reference your name in the consultation form.

7. Once you reach 3 friends the referral scheme is reset starting back to 1 friend.

By booking with Jo Ford Skincare you are acknowledging and accepting these terms.
